This hotel is relaxing with everything being perfect and good value. This property offers incredible and perfect location not far from taxis to Heathrow and many cafe's. And it's by River Thames.

The location was marvellous and decent, for example, The Bridge was relatively close to the hotel. It was located in a quiet area close to colleges and places of interest, town centre and restaurants and the beautiful botanical gardens.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and a nice room. They allowed us to park a little longer at no extra cost.

No toothpaste, and had to pay to park.

Very satisfactory hotel - the location is great and our room was large enough and comfortable.

Fabulous location, quiet, very central but has a carpark, great decoration, nice communal areas

buffet breakfast is very expensive £16.50 for a bowl of cereal and a glass of OJ. Organisation of the carpark was not great - staff did not know which key was for which car, and on departure from the hotel i was delayed as I was blocked in by a car and the owner had not handed their keys in at reception.
